Refund & Return Policy

Return window

Contact turkiyehalirivanti@gmail.com within 14 days after recorded delivery to request a return authorization. The return window begins on the delivery date, not the order date.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn and in the condition received, with all tags, cards, protective materials, accessories and original packaging intact. Include the order number and reason for return. Do not send an item before receiving return instructions.

Non-returnable items

Personalized items, gift cards and products clearly marked “final sale” before purchase are not returnable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Hygiene-sensitive goods may be non-returnable once their seal is opened.

Return shipping and costs

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for insured and trackable return shipping. The cost will be confirmed before the return is arranged. If an item is materially defective, damaged in transit or different from the item ordered, we will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping after verification. No restocking fee is charged.

Refunds

We inspect returns after receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time. Original expedited shipping, import duties, customs fees and brokerage charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on availability. Any price difference and applicable shipping cost will be disclosed before the exchange is confirmed.

Cancellations

Request cancellation as soon as possible by email. We can cancel an order only before fulfillment begins. After dispatch, the standard return process applies.
