Order processing

Orders are normally reviewed and prepared within 1–3 business days after payment authorization. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery areas, prices and estimates

Available delivery services, the total shipping charge and an estimated delivery range are shown at checkout before payment. Typical transit estimates after dispatch are 3–7 business days for United States addresses and 5–12 business days for international addresses. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Dispatch and tracking

Dispatch location may vary by product and fulfillment partner. When tracking is available, the order confirmation or shipping confirmation identifies the carrier and tracking details. Signature service may be required for higher-value orders.

International orders

Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges and brokerage fees unless checkout expressly states that those charges are included. Customs processing may extend delivery times.

Delivery problems

Report loss, visible transit damage or an incorrect delivery promptly to turkiyehalirivanti@gmail.com. Keep the packaging and photographs so we can investigate with the carrier.

Returns
